Helsingin Invalidien Yhdistys ry. (HIY) have published a guide for disabled immigrants. The guide is available in Finnish, English, Arabic, Serbocroatian, Somali and Russian (links are to PDF files with the exception of the Finnish version as it is a RTF file).
